1 green apple (cored)
3 to 4 stalks of kale (or equivalent in spinach)
2 stalks Swiss chard
1/2 to 1 lemon (yellow rind removed)
Method
1. Process everything through your juicer.
2. If using this juice as part a cleanse, strain this juice and dilute with equal parts of filtered water.
3. If not juice fasting, you can consume this juice unstrained.
