Ingredients
1 1/2 cup/187g/6.5 oz frozen strawberries
1 beetroot, peeled and shredded
2/3 cup/80g/2.8 oz cherries, deseeded
1/3 cup/60g/2oz Pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup/40g/1.4 oz Goji berries
2 tbsp/24g/0.8 oz Chia seeds
2 tbsp/28g/1oz Norbu or Natvia/ Stevia
1 1/2 cups/375ml/12.5 oz almond milk, or any other plant-based milk of your choice

Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid if the smoothie feels too thick.
