Ingredients:
1.5 cups almond meal
3 large eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp bicarb soda
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 large ripe bananas
2 tablespoons of coconut nectar or sugar
Method:
Preheat oven to 170 degrees
Mash or blend bananas and then combine all ingredients together
Bake for 35 minutes or until slightly brown on top
